On April 16, 2020, two 500m long rails were firmly welded together. The first welding was successfully completed in The Lalin section of Sichuan-Tibet Railway, which marked the start of the construction of welded rails for the whole seamless track.

Lalin Railway connects Lhasa and Nyingchi in Tibet, with a total length of 435.48 km and a design speed of 160 km/h. It is the first electrification railway under construction in Tibet.

The plateau flash rail welding machine and  IF normalizing machine  was created by Aigre Tech. and successfully applied to the construction of project of Sichuan-Tibet railway. The equipment to achieve the construction of seamless track in high cold and high altitude again.
