On Nov. 18th, the Aigre's 2020 shareholders' meeting and board meeting were held in the conference room of the Chengdu Southwest Jiaotong University Industry Group Co., Ltd.
The following proposals were considered and approved: "Equity Transfer of Tan keli", "Change of Supervisors", "Company Management Report in 2019", " Target Completion and Incentive Amount in 2019", "Profit Distribution in 2019", "Target Responsibility in 2020", etc. They affirmed the work of Aigre in 2019 and proposed directions and priorities for future development.
