The first meeting of the second board of directors of Chengdu Aigre Technology Co., Ltd. was held on September 28th. The chairman, Meng Tinghui, presided over the meeting, with directors Lv Qibing, Luo Deyang, Huang Zhengzhong, and Peng Fang in attendance. The meeting reviewed and approved the 2008 annual work report presented by General Manager Meng Tinghui. Given the significant sales growth of the flash welding project in 2008, the board decided to continue supporting its expansion. The meeting also addressed the termination of the innovation fund project and required relevant matters to be handled properly. The board emphasized the need for the company to further expand its business scope, strengthen its team, and enhance technical, quality, and operational management, while implementing a post responsibility system. The meeting also reviewed and approved the 2008 annual financial report, acknowledging the pre-tax profit achieved for that year and deciding to reward the management team based on the target responsibility and performance incentive plan for 2008. Considering the company's rapid development and tight working capital, the meeting proposed not to distribute dividends for the year 2008 and submitted this proposal to the shareholders' meeting for approval. Additionally, the meeting set the sales target for 2009 at RMB 30 million, aiming for a significant increase in pre-tax profit compared to 2008. The meeting also reviewed and approved the company's salary system and management policies related to finance, sales, personnel, and procurement, which will be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for final approval.
