On October 30, 2023, Aigre held the 2023 Third Shareholders' Meeting, the First Meeting of the Sixth Board of Directors, and the Sixth Supervisory Board Meeting at the 24th floor of Innovation Building. Shareholders, directors, and supervisors attended.
The meetings approved various resolutions, including changing shareholder names, appointing new directors and supervisors, electing the chairman of the supervisory board, and electing the chairman of the board. Participants highly praised Aigre's achievements and practices in operation management and social responsibility fulfillment in 2022.
The meetings emphasized that in future development, Aigre should seize innovation opportunities, expand markets, promote high-quality, efficient, and profitable industrial growth, strengthen safety production controls, reform talent development, and continuously improve management.
