On November 11, 2024, Aigre organized a youth forum themed "Youth Building Dreams, Painting the Future" in the third-floor conference room. The forum was hosted by Wang Zhenzhen, the assistant to the president, with the participation of company executives, young employees, and representatives of key staff.
At the beginning of the forum, Chairman Che Wei and General Manager Lv Qibing elaborated on the company's operating status and future development plans. General Manager Lv Qibing clarified the company's overall goal: to establish Aigre as a world-renowned brand and achieve technological innovation in "new products, new technologies, new processes, and new concepts." This provided young employees with a clearer understanding of the company's strategy and made them aware of their significant roles in the company's development.
Subsequently, key staff shared their work experiences, emphasizing that although challenges exist, they can be overcome with the company's support and trust. They stressed the importance of making bold hypotheses, carefully verifying them, daring to identify problems, being adept at using tools, and continuously enhancing oneself in the workplace.
Other young employees attending the forum raised questions and suggestions regarding company development, career planning, work-life balance, and other aspects, which were thoroughly addressed by the relevant department heads. An anonymous suggestion-writing session was also included in the forum to allow young employees to express their thoughts more freely.
The successful holding of this forum not only provided a platform for young employees to showcase themselves and exchange ideas but also injected new vitality into the company's development.
