Product introduction
This product is the key equipment in the long rail welding production line, which is composed of derusting device, dust removing device, rail guiding and clamping device, electric control system, mobile vehicle and other parts. It is mainly used for derusting the top, bottom and end faces of rails to be welded before welding, and the derusting quality meets the relevant requirements of TB/T1632.2-2014.

1. This product adopts box-type closed structure, clean operation environment and friendly human-computer interface.
2. The use of millipede wheel grinding rust, rail top, rail bottom for the rail longitudinal grinding, to ensure the effect of rust removal and does not hurt the parent material.
3. Adopting PLC automatic control, with automatic and manual operation function.
4. Equipped with high-power dust collector, which meets the emission standard after treatment.
