Product introduction
This product is the key equipment in the long rail welding production line, which consists of rail head and rail bottom grinding device, dust removing device, rail guiding and clamping device, electric control system, mobile vehicle and other parts. It is mainly used for automatic grinding of rail top surface and rail bottom surface of rail weld, which meets the relevant requirements of TB/T1632.1-2014. At present, 8 sets have been put into operation in the long rail production line, and the indexes meet the requirements of high-speed rail production.
Product Features
1. Man-machine interface is simple and clear, easy to operate.
2. The grinding time for each weld is ≤5min.
3. The grinding process is operated by one key and completed automatically.
4. The height of the welding slag after grinding is within 0.3-0.5mm (adjustable), and there will be no blue spot or burn phenomenon after grinding, which meets the standard requirements.
5. Reasonable design of dust proof structure and equipped with dust proof cover, the use of high negative pressure dust blower to absorb dust, dust removal system to meet the requirements of emission standards.
