Product introduction
This product is the key equipment in the long rail welding production line, which consists of grinding device, dust removing device, rail guiding clamping device, rail shape detecting device, electric control system, mobile cart and other parts. It is suitable for accurate grinding treatment of the area within 0.8 meters at the weld seam of the rail joint after welding, in order to eliminate the welding slag produced during welding, trimming and repairing the straightness of the rail surface and ensuring the shape of the joint. Adopting the company's invention patent technology to realize automatic compensation of grinding wheel consumption, the whole grinding process does not need manual intervention, realizing the full automation of the fine grinding process.
Product Features
1. Grinding transverse is is carried by linear guide rail and synchronous belt wheel drives its reciprocating motion, which has high reliability and stability.
2. Beam flip, grinding head traverse, grinding head lifting and lowering are controlled by servo motors, ensuring the equipment high efficiency and high precision operation.
3. The grinding head motor adopts large volume servo motor directly connected with the grinding wheel, which ensures the stability of the grinding wheel in high-speed rotation, improves the grinding precision and guarantees the safety of operation.
4. Real-time monitoring of grinding process, closed-loop control through high-precision laser sensor detector, automatic compensation of grinding wheel wear, grinding quality in line with TB1632.2-2014 welding requirements.
5. Equipped with high-power dust removal fan, combined with the flip-type suction hood structure, eliminating 95% of the operating dust of the equipment, to ensure the working environment of the equipment and workers.
