Product Introduction
This product is the key equipment in the long rail welding production line, which is composed of induction heating device, air quenching device, rail guiding device, mobile vehicle, electrical control system, data storage and recording system and other parts. The product adopts double frequency induction heating, and the grain size of welded joints after normalizing is better than the requirements of the iron standard.
Product Features
1. Heating adopts double-frequency technology, automatic temperature control frequency conversion, to ensure the consistency of the heating temperature of the top of the rail, the bottom of the rail and the core of the weld.
2. Adopting high sensitive non-contact temperature measuring probe and high precision position measuring sensor, it can automatically find the position of weld joint.
3. The workpiece is automatically clamping and centering, and the induction coil design is open and closed. After interlocking with the roller line, it can effectively avoid rubbing and destroying the coil when the rail is running.
4. Through the actual needs of the human-machine interface for process parameters adjustment, real-time display of the heating temperature curve and the current temperature, after heat treatment of the weld quality in line with TB/T 1632.2-2014 and other related technical requirements.
