Product Introduction
ZH120AJ1 mobile medium frequency normalizing machine adopts dual frequency technology to normalize the rail weld on site, and the normalizing head has the function of pressure preserving normalizing, which can meet the quality requirements of normalizing. The container is set up with a silencer structure, which can effectively reduce the noise of the generator and provide a good working environment. Meanwhile, to facilitate the construction, flatbed truck can be optional to provide self-propelled traveling parts in the subway construction work.
Product Features
1. Dual-frequency normalizing: the normalizing coil adopts opening and closing type and automatic clamping and alignment mechanism, which ensures the stable distance between the coil and the rail and the temperature uniformity of the whole section. Normalizing process of high and low frequency switching to meet the requirements of grain size after normalizing.
2. Pressure preservation function: realize pressure preservation in the normalizing process, improve the quality and straightness of normalizing.
3. Self-propelled flatbed truck: to meet the 40‰ slope power requirements, including two sets of braking system, pneumatic brake and motor brake, high safety，can also hang railcar.
