UN5-150G1 stationary flash-butt welder is suitable for base continuous rail welding operation. The equipment adopts four-axis structure which improves the stability and service life significantly. It is equipped with automatic alignment and pressure-retaining shearing function to ensure the appearance quality of joints, and it can weld all kinds of rails after replacing the electrode and shearing tool to meet a variety of rail welding standards.
UN5-150G series stationary flash-butt welder has been sold nearly 10 sets, successfully applied in China, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Venezuela, UAE, Serbia, Malaysia and other countries.
